Follow Me - A web based tracking and contact sharing
Tired of getting calls in the middle of the night when you are travelling abroad and hearing: "Where are you?"? Well, at IQonn.com we more than just took this situation to heart! We literally brought it to life by creating 'Follow Me', a web service that allows IQonn users to integrate their contact details within their personal tracking website.
The possibilities of Follow Me are endless. For example; as a frequent traveller, it is nice that the home front can track where you are abroad and know your availability. Follow Me gives peace of mind - for you and for your loved ones.
Usage Tracker
In most Connection Managers, End-Users can see some minimal information with regards to their internet usage. The disadvantage of these tools is that they are limited in the information that they can provide because of the lack of screen size or the lack of information. In the end, what does it tell you how much data was sent in a given period?
The Usage Tracker enables you to see an extensive overview of your online data usage and history. But also does calculations to inform you about the potential costs. This is especially handy for people who travel abroad a lot.
Browser favourites
Don't you hate it when you have a different set of favourite web links on your different PC's or Notebooks? The favourites module stores your Favourite webpage links in your personal IQonn Database.
Should you switch notebooks or PC's your favourites are automatically restored.
Roaming Manager
The roaming manager of IQonn.com allows you to see in which countries you can use Mobile Data Services. You can go online and prioritize your Connections based on this information. Usually Mobile Operators just show you the Network Roaming Partner in different countries. They rarely show what speeds are available (such as Fast HsDPA vs. Slow GPRS) and if secondary networks are available they rarely show the different roaming Tariffs.
The roaming manager allows you to make informed decisions before going abroad!
